- Edokoma Takohiki 240mm
Product Description
Every now and again we happen across a knife somewhere and we think "Hey, that's cheap!" and we buy it. Hoping someone will do the same here.
Edokoma isn't a brand that gets the heart racing, but it's solid quality. The handle of this particular knife betrays the fact that it was old stock - it's vaguely spotty but not offensively so.
However! The knife itself is a wispy little thing. Super light, thin, sharp (of course), with nicely rendered koku-in Chinese characters. Pleasing to look at, nice to hold.
