Hand-forged from high-quality steel and sporting a grippy and durable high-finish magnolia handle, there's not much more you could ask for in a single-bevel deba. Kawatsu san's 16.5cm deba follows the formula closely: all deba knives are created for breaking down and filleting fish and this one is a good length for home use. Everything to do the job in a package balancing quality and value.
