Unshu Yukimitsu Sabaki-bocho 150mm
We put this knife together as a custom order for a knowledgeable customer. There's nothing else quite like it that we know of, and if you like it we can ask Kusunoki san at Unshu Yukimitsu Hamono if he'll make one for you too. We're pretty sure he will.
'Sabaki' is from the Japanese verb sabaku, which means to separate or break down. The original is designed to be a stout blade for boar and deer.
