Product Description
A stock-standard nakiri knife, and that's a good thing. Tall, thin (surprisingly thin), moderately high blade path. Tried and tested.
OK. There are two things that are different, though not radically so, to other nakiri knives available to you. One is that Homi san has a 'JAPAN' blade stamp, so you'll never forget where it's from, and the other that this Japan-stamped blade is fitted to a larger-than-standard handle, which gives the impression that the knife is lighter than it really is. It's not heavy by any means, but the large handle seems to give it an airy feel.
