- Nojiyama Marunaka Shukaku-bocho Harvest knife 165mm
Product Description
We could call it a greens knife. Slip the shukkaku-bocho under your chinese cabbage, spinach, buk choy, silver beet or any other leafy vegetable and free it from the earth. Handy!
Naturally this is a knife that can get wet in use. The hounoki handle is nice and grippy, the purposeful blade is black-forged for a measure of rust protection, the stainless steel tang dramatically slows any degradation within the handle over time.
We love knives like this - purpose-made, skillfully forged. There's a utilitarian beauty in them that makes us just want to buy the knife and support the craft. Hope you feel the same.
