June 2025: Sadly we're informed that Kawatsu san is unwell and hospitalized and not expected to forge again. Being unsure of exactly what knives are on hand in Soeda-cho and available for delivery to us we've removed most of our listings for Kawatsu san's offerings, some may be restored when we know more and can coordinate with Mrs Kawatsu.
