- Yamamoto Hamono Unagi-sabaki bocho 100mm
Product Description
Unagi-sabaki fans rejoice! We've found another variation on the theme. What we have here is a Miyazaki style eel knife, and a very handsome one at that. We didn't know such a thing existed but with a rumoured three thousand knife styles produced across Japan there are bound to be surprises (this is the good kind).
It's a dense and hefty thing for the edge length, it must be said. Purposeful. Thumb over or thumb to the side, the single-billet construction provides a surety to the grip.
