Yoshimitsu Kajiya Damascus Santoku 146mm Aogami #1

Occasionally we are able to offer a knife that no-one else in the world has or will ever have. Some are variations on a theme and unique in their own way, some are genuine one-offs. This is a genuine one-off. 

As a rule, Ide san of Yoshimitsu Kajiya doesn't forge knives in aogami #1. Damascus knives are a great rarity for him - he's simply too busy to commit to the process. So we were surprised and happy to be offered this halo piece that Ide san had forged for display purposes at a special craft event in 2025. We can now display it here, and it is available for you to have there.
