Hand-forged from high-quality steel and sporting a beautiful and durable keyaki (zelkova) handle, there's not much more you could ask for in a single-bevel deba. Kawatsu san's 18cm deba follows the formula closely: All deba knives are created for breaking down and filleting fish and this one offers the length to take on larger specimens. Everything to do the job in a package balancing quality and value.
