Okahide Hamono Kurouchi Santoku 160mm

It might be an odd way to sell a knife but it must be said - we like the handle sticker. Usually not big fans.

Now that's out of the way we can say we like pretty much everything Oka san does. We like his knives, we like his hand-forged nokogiri hand saws, we also like this santoku, which in hand feels to be more than the sum of its parts.

It feels weighty for its length, the not-tall blade is finished with a comfortable choil and has a satisfying grippiness. And there'll be a glint of gold on the handle when it arrives.
