Over a number of years Cocoro Store's Tanaka san has developed an expertise in curing, crafting and fitting these natural Yamazakura mountain cherry handles. We've held a number of them and the comfort is almost spiritual. Overstatement? You'll see.

OK, now for the not so great news. Waiting times have blown out for all of Otsuka san's knives. Fulfilment may be 6-12 months hence. The timeframe is uncertain. We're happy to accept your order and make arrangements but this is a set-and-forget order that you might actually forget you've placed. Don't worry, we'll remind you when the knife arrives and payment can be made when your knife is ready to ship.
