Product Description
There are some quite amusing takes on the translation of 'gyuto' into English, cow sword perhaps the pick of them.
'Gyu' relates to pretty much anything bovine so the vibe is definitely leaning towards meat. And this is a meaty knife. Laser lovers, look away.
The handle - long and chunky. The blade height - 57mm at the choil with 5mm of spine atop it. Plenty of meat there. A generous blade path. 218 grams. Weighty and meaty.
Dare we say it, a knife for big boy barbecues. Gyu spits, maybe.
