- Yoshida Hamono kaku-honesuki 150mm
Product Description
A nice little knockabout honesuki, particularly useful for squabs and other poultry. These knives are produced for the food production industry where they're purchased in their thousands, put to use all day every day and treated as a wear item from sharpening (A-8 stainless is said to be extremely easy to sharpen).
Altogether quite a handsome little piece, with a grippy rubber handle.
A quick note on the name - the 'kaku' in kaku-honesuki means 'angle'. No mysteries there.
