Product Description
If ever there was a petty knife we could call beefy, this would be it. Taller in the blade and not as wispy in appearance as some, to our eyes it's a very appealing profile.
The girth of the handle lends this knife a substantial feel in the hand, defying its light weight and lack of length. We suspect that users who might feel daunted by the sharpness of longer Japanese steel would be comfortable with that same sharpness at this size. It's certainly less imposing at the table. The blade height gives it a shade more practicality on the board and nice feel when cutting in the hand.
