Product Description
Honestly, we were wondering whether we should rename this knife. O-bocho simply means large knife, and that only in the context of the knives that Nakamura san offers. No matter, we are purists and we like to keep things original. So we'll list it alongside the santoku knives and bannou knives that share it's length and purpose.
It's nice. Light for its length, being not particularly tall in the blade. Enough blade for big leafy vegetables when the need arises, a solid choice for preparing family meals.
